This large neighbourhood comprises a unique blend of residential and commercial sectors. It encompasses Ottawa's downtown business sector (centred around Bank Street from Sparks Street to the Queensway) and a residential area characterized by lovingly restored Victorian homes on tree-lined streets leading to the Rideau Canal.
