The Ottawa Senators and the Scotiabank Place provide a number of services for our guests. The Guest Services Booth is located behind Section 201. First Aid facilities are adjacent to the Guest Services Booth.
Pre-paid tickets may be picked up at the "Will Call" booths located at Gate #1, South Windows or at the Concierge Desk at Gate #2, North Entrance for the convenience of guests who may be using Lot #1 or Valet Parking.
At Senators' games, we offer facilities and amenities for our physically challenged guests. There are There are 170 physically challenged seating spaces on the Club and Main Concourse levels. There are four elevators in the Corel Centre, two on the north side and two at Gate #3. If you require physically challenged seating, please call the Ottawa Senators' Ticketing Department direct, at 599-0300 or toll free, 1-800-444-SENS (7367).
The Scotiabank Place is a smoke free building. Smoking is only permitted in designated restaurant areas. There are two outside smoking decks at the west and south sides of the Main Concourse and one in front of Gate #1 on the Club Level.
Things You Should Know
- Air horns are not permitted at Ottawa Senators' games.
- Automated Teller Machines (ATM's) are located at Gate #1 beside the south side ticket windows on the Club Level and next to the north side food court on the Main Concourse Level.
- Banners, flags and signs are permitted at Senators' games, provided they do not interfere with the event, cover any advertising or building sign or carry disparaging or obscene messages. Signs larger than 24" x 24" must be able to roll up or fold. Poles to display banners, flags or signs are not permitted.
- Bilingual staff are available in the Scotiabank Place. Look for employees wearing the "Je parle francais" badge.
- Cameras are permitted at Ottawa Senators games provided that they are still cameras and no flash photography is permitted once the game has started. Flash photography is permitted during the pre-game warm-up only. Digital cameras are also allowed. Under no circumstances are video cameras allowed at any time.
- Cellular phones are permitted at Ottawa Senators' games, provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
- Children (except those under two years of age) require a valid ticket at Ottawa Senators' games.
- Comment cards are available from Scotiabank Place staff. Comments that relate to the Ottawa Senators will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
- Containers (including bottles, cans, thermos bottles and plastic coolers) are not permitted in the Scotiabank Place for the safety and protection of our other guests.
- If you are expecting an emergency phone call, you can register your seat location at the Guest Services Booth located behind Section 201. The emergency phone number is (613) 599-0128.
- Emergency vehicle service in the form of battery boosts and tire inflation, is available as a service to our guests. Contact a member of the United Parking staff or visit a United Parking booth for assistance. If you are experiencing problems at the end of a game and a parking booth attendant is not available, please lift the hood of your vehicle to alert the United Parking patrol vehicles that you are experiencing trouble. There are also a number of United Parking staff who are working at the valet parking area located at Gate #2 on the north side of the Scotiabank Place.
- Family seating or alcohol free seating sections are at the west end of the arena. They are located in Sections 111, 216 and the Coca Cola Family Fan Zone, Sections 314, 315 and 316.
- Fan courtesy is an important element of fan enjoyment at an Ottawa Senators game. Fans are asked to wait for a stoppage in play before leaving or returning to their seats. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects on the ice or in the stands), may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offences could result in the loss of ticket privileges. Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the actions of others who use their tickets. National Hockey League rules prohibit guests from interfering with play.
- The First Aid Station is located at the Guest Services booth behind Section 201 on the Main Concourse. Emergency medical services attendants are available at all Ottawa Senators' home games.
- Food and beverages brought in from outside the Scotiabank Place are not permitted.
- In the event that you become separated from your child, the Guest Services booth, located behind Section 201 on the Main Concourse, is the place to report lost children. Should this situation arise, please contact any Scotiabank Place staff member immediately.
- The Lost and Found service is also located at the Guest Services booth behind Section 201 on the Main Concourse. Articles are kept at the booth until the end of the game and then are stored for 30 days. For more information, please call 599-0128.
- Bell Canada pay phones are located at Gate #1 and Gate #2 on the Club Level. You will also find pay phones located in four different areas around the Main Concourse.
- Pets are not permitted at Ottawa Senators' games however, all service animals are welcome. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal.
- Pucks will sometimes leave the ice surface and land in the seating area of the Scotiabank Place. You are urged to be alert and to follow the play and the puck at all times. If you require assistance, contact any member of the Scotiabank Place staff and report the incident immediately. Fans are welcome to keep pucks that are shot into the stands however, National Hockey League rules prohibit interference with the game
- Ticket speculators or "scalpers" are not recognized ticketing agents of the Ottawa Senators. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder. We urge fans to purchase in person at the Corel Centre Box Office at Gate #1 or through TicketMaster, by calling 755-1166, purchasing at any TicketMaster outlet or via the Internet by linking to the TicketMaster home page through the Ottawa Senators website at www.ottawasenators.com.
- Guests requiring seating assistance are asked to contact the Scotiabank Place's Guest Services department at 599-0128. If possible, please provide 24 hours advance notice so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Scotiabank Place Directions
The Scotiabank Place Ottawa is a quick 15 minute drive from downtown Ottawa - take Highway 417 (the Queensway) west to the Palladium Drive exit. This 4 lane arena-specific interchange will bring you right to the Scotiabank Place's doors.
If you're travelling from south of Ottawa, follow Highway 31 or Highway 416 to the 417. Proceed west on Highway 417 to the Palladium Drive exit.
From the Outaouais region, take the Portage Bridge across the Ottawa River. Proceed on Wellington Street to Lyon Street, and south on Lyon Street to Highway 417 (the Queensway). Follow the Queensway west to the Palladium Drive exit.
If you are coming from the west, take either Highway 7 (Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, Perth) or Highway 17 (Almonte, Pakenham, Arnprior, Renfrew) to Highway 417 (the Queensway). Follow the Queensway east to the Palladium Drive exit.
Scotiabank Place Ottawa Parking

There are 6,500 parking spaces at the Scotiabank Place, managed by Ideal Parking. Rates vary by event, but general parking rates are as follows: $7 early bird, $10 general and $20 for bus, limo and valet parking. For more information please contact Ideal Parking at (613) 599-0190.
The Scotiabank Place encourages guests who do not have reserved parking to exit Highway 417 at the Palladium Drive exit and follow the south traffic circle to Palladium Drive. Proceed through the traffic lights, and our traffic attendants will direct you to the nearest available parking lot.
Reserved and VIP parking customers, as well as buses, limousines and taxis, are encouraged to use the north traffic circle to Huntmar Road. Proceed south on Huntmar Road to Cyclone Taylor Boulevard where our attendants will direct you to the appropriate lot.
Valet parking is available at the VIP entrance (Gate 2).
Parking for physically challenged guests is available on the south side of the Scotiabank Place (Gate 3), with 160 parking spaces in Lot 3.

Scotiabank Place Public Transportation
OC Transpo Routes 401, 402, 403, 404 and 405 are your connection to the Scotiabank Place from across the region. They operate to all Senators hockey games and major concerts and events. For smaller events, route 404 runs. Look for bus stops with the Connexion 400 logo.
